BBO Magazine, The Dancer

The Dancer, first published in 1928, kept BBO members informed of new developments within the Organization, and this tradition continues today. The Dancer is now distributed to a wide range of dance organisations, companies, dancers and teachers in the UK and abroad, with articles, interviews and information relating to a wide range of dance issues, reaching a readership of over 10,000.

Recent editions of The Dancer have included:

For copy deadlines for the next issue please contact Headquarters (0208 748 1241). To ensure that the reproduction of photos for accompanying articles is of the best standard, please send or email high quality/resolution images, ideally in colour. Please make sure the photograph is credited with the photographer, if known. The BBO maintains the right to edit any copy that it receives for publication.

Non-BBO Members can purchase the magazine for £5, inclusive of postage and packing. All BBO Members receive a free copy of The Dancer magazine.
